With the season just over two months away its time to start working out the cobwebs. A number of indoor circuit/fitness sessions will be held at Immanuel College in August followed by Net session through Sept. The details are:

Saturday 17th Sept 10:30 - 12:30 Immanuel net session
Sunday 18th Sept No Training (City to Bay)
Sunday 26th Sept 10:30-12:30 Immanuel – Net Training (possible Trial game TBA)
Sunday 3rd Oct 10:30-12:30 Immanuel – Net Session

As from Tuesday 4th Oct: Tuesday Night Training will be held at Immanuel College - Nets. Thursday Night Training will be held at Westminster School – Turf & Hard wicket Nets
