Rusty appointed A Grade Captain

The committee would like to congratulate Rusty on his reappointment to the A Grade captaincy for this season. The club’s focus this year is A grade success and with that in mind the committee has appointed Heath Mackay in charge of all things cricket, including running Training & Chairman of Selection. Both Heath & Rusty would like to encourage all players to get out to pre-season and help drive a strong start to the year.
Members are invited to apply for the Captaincy of the other grades, the committee expects to field 5 teams this season in Divisions 1,2,4,5 & 6 (to be confirmed). Those interested in applying please forward your interest to Grant Murphy

Captain’s Responsibilities
Captains would be expected to work closely with the Committee and other Captains for the benefit of the Club. To show leadership both on & off the field during games, training and at anytime while representing Keswick. Captains are responsible for maintaining, secure storage & transporting of club equipment. Team selection is governed by the clubs Selection Policy (copy available upon request). Captains are expected to complete and keep up-to-date all required paperwork. (MyCricket website, Scorebook stats, Umpire reports & Club votes, etc)
